Responsibilities 

• Prompt qualification of inbound (office) tenant internet enquiries, via phone and email.
• Efficient confirmation of suitable matching properties using tools and market knowledge.
• Active engagement with serviced office providers, landlords, agents and developers to introduce requirements.
• Close oversight over deals via regular professional communication, primarily via phone.
• Networking to actively source new self-generated requirements.
• Building and nurturing professional relationships with a range of industry stakeholders.

Experience

• Demonstrated success working in office leasing, including serviced offices.
• Extensive knowledge of the serviced office market in Melbourne/surrounds.
• An established network of providers, landlords, agents and developers.

Skills/Traits

• A track record working in a fast-paced and tech-savvy environment.
• Sharp commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) complimenting your ability to forge relationships at all levels.
• A positive ‘can do' attitude who loves an individual and team environment.
• Proactive and driven self-starter.
