Lease of the Gallery Includes: •Use of the full Gallery space for the duration of your exhibition. •The possibility of displaying artwork or an installation in the front retail shop window and/or the 2 large windows overlooking Toorak Road (subject to approval) •Signage (a Poster to promote the exhibition) hanging in a gold frame in the front window of the Blush Creative space for the duration of the show (artist is responsible for cost of printing this poster as well as any other artwork/invitations needed for the show). •Use of the Gallery space to hold an Opening Night event - please note that any time after 6pm will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour. Artist/Curator will be fully responsible for the catering, staffing, management, set up of the Opening Night event and also for cleanup of the space afterward. •No commission is payable to the Gallery provided the exhibition is staffed by the artist/curator during all normal opening hours. If you require Gallery management to staff the exhibition on your behalf a 20% commission charged on pieces sold by us. • Exhibitions commence on a Wednesday and finish the following Tuesday. • Easy access via a loading dock and elevator. •Up to 20 chairs and 2 small tables as required for artist presentations. Important Notes: •Artist/curator is solely responsible for the transport of all artworks (both pre and post exhibition) as well as insuring of all works •All breakages or damage must be paid for by the artist/curator. A bond may be required in some situations. •Artist/curator is solely responsible for the full set up and pack down of the exhibition. •Artist/curator is solely responsible for all marketing, social media and promotion of the show. •The full cost of the Gallery rental is payable upfront and prior to set up of the exhibition

STUDIO 2: is 5.12 metres x 5.12 metres (26 square metres) – a beautiful room with ornate floor tiles and a large window overlooking Toorak Road, It has a large sliding (wide) door access with security lock.There is the potential to add signage into window too – subject to approval. Priced from $200 per half day. LEASED - NOT AVAILABLE. STUDIO 3: smaller studio with no available light. Would suit portrait or product photography. 32.5 square metres (4.25 metres x 7.65 metres). Prices from $150 per half day on a casual basis. This studio is also available for lease on a longer term - 6 months. STUDIO 1 and STUDIO 3 have a set of 3 wall mounted background rolls which can be set up with different colours to suit your project. Anyone hiring any of the 3 studios is welcome to access to a variety of different props, chairs, stools, fabrics etc. Photographic equipment and studio lighting is not included in the studio rental.
