Hub Australia will take three levels at Charter Hall’s Anzac Square building, opening in late 2018. Amenities will include a rooftop café, direct access to Central Station as well as high-tech meeting spaces, media studio, gym and relaxation spaces.

The new Brisbane location follows recent announcements regarding 2 new locations in Melbourne, and the opening last week of Hub Australia’s new Sydney space located at 223 Liverpool Street. This will take Hub Australia’s national footprint to over 20,000sqm.

Hub Australia CEO and Founder, Brad Krauskopf, says the new Brisbane site is an exciting development for both Hub Australia and the Brisbane business community. “Brisbane is transforming into a business and innovation hub, with economic growth on the rise due to continuing population growth spurred by great employment opportunities and the attractive lifestyle offering.

“We will be delivering a premium co-working offering unlike any other currently in the Brisbane market and look forward to creating a home for Brisbane’s growing businesses. The addition of a space in Queensland means we can continue to create a nationally engaged co-working community.”

John Preece, Chief Property Officer at Hub Australia, commented, “Brisbane is home to 11% of Australia’s city based population, and 13% of the national CBD office stock, yet from a co-working perspective only 4% of the national footprint is located here. That tells us the market is completely under serviced from a capacity perspective, and there is definitely demand for high quality co-working spaces.”
