BVN Architecture - well known for their award-winning design of Space&Co. in Melbourne - have led the design of the building at 12 Creek Street, which comprises of 12 floors, ranging from a street level plaza to an exclusive rooftop ‘Sky Terrace’ with views to the Brisbane River.

The boutique office accommodation will centre around a strong provision of natural light, fresh airflow and green spaces, as well as targeting a 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

“The Annex is a unique new opportunity for smaller businesses to have a front door address in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle,” Dexus Chief Investment Officer Ross Du Vernet said.

Dexus’s latest development will focus on attracting businesses that are interested in leveraging employee wellbeing, whilst skyline signage will also be on offer to businesses seeking to enhance their profile. At the plaza level, a forecourt will feature three new retailers, casual dining and covered alfresco seating areas.

Along with Dexus’s most recent Brisbane development at 480 Queen Street, The Annex will aim to integrate Brisbane City Centre’s Master Plan vision for a new world city, creating buildings that breathe and bring a range of social and economic benefits to the community.
