“The Nurtured Mind” located at 12 Wellington Pde East Melbourne has clinic space available for rent.

All spaces have been recently refurbished. There are 8 large consulting rooms in a lovely quiet, confidential and professional space.

Less than 1km from the CBD, Trams 75 and 48 are at our door, and trains to Jolimont station (a one minute walk from Eastbourne) run on the Hurstbridge and Epping Lines. Surrounding streets contain accessible 1 and 2 hour unmetered parking for your clients.


We offer a number of options for practitioners to join our group from renting ½ and full days, to your own room full time. Designed by a great team of interior designers, we have used the highest quality furnishing and fittings including couches, desks, chairs and artwork, plus business facilities including unlimited download broadband internet and capacity for hicaps machines to be added to our network.

The rooms are sound insulated, with great heating and cooling, there is natural light to every room, and kitchen facilities.

There are 8 consulting rooms and one group room.

Prices are as follows:

Our standard rates

$78 per day for three or more days per week

$86 per day for one or two days per week

$68 per day for one week day and two weekend days

Group room can be booked for casual use (or regular part time use).

One day is access from midnight to midnight.

Full time rooms (three rooms currently available) from $25,000 per annum.

GST is in addition to all rates.

We provide a fairly priced space to work with great colleagues, there are no additional outgoings to pay.
