On Ground and First levels of the building, we have created 25 King Collective which offers a range of work spaces including desks and studio suites of varying sizes. While the building was constructed in 1889, it has been freshly refurbished to the design of renowned Melbourne architects Kennedy Nolan. The design retained many of the original features of the heritage building including the steamship company’s glass signage, original safe, the grand staircase, solid timber flooring, fire places, tall ceilings, arch windows and much more! With a boardroom that seats 10, a meeting room that seats 6 and two other informal break out areas, all meticulously styled, you may be assured that your guests and coworkers are impressed as well as inspired.
