Methodology
The Sidespace Flex Office Index covers flexible & serviced office space, private, furnished, all-inclusive suites, which is where our marketplace holds the deepest, most complete live data. Figures reflect live, approved listings as at 26 October 2026. Rents are all-inclusive monthly prices as listed; office sizes are floored at 10 sqm to exclude data noise, and a known cluster of $18,000 placeholder listings is excluded from the rent range.
