Median office rents for 15 Australian suburbs, as at 13 August 2026: serviced office desk rates in dollars per desk per month, and commercial net face rents in dollars per square metre per year.

How these benchmarks are calculated
Serviced desk rates are each office's all-inclusive monthly rent divided by its capacity, taken as a median. Commercial rates are advertised rents normalised to dollars per square metre per year, taken as a median. Both exclude POA listings and indicative guide pricing, so the figures reflect genuine advertised rates only.
