Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using sidespace.com.au (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Sidespace Pty Ltd ABN 13 160 561 642 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
2. Description of service
Sidespace operates an online marketplace connecting tenants seeking serviced and commercial office space with operators and landlords across Australia. The Service includes search, enquiry, concierge, and listing management tools. Sidespace acts as an intermediary and does not hold any property interest in the spaces listed on the platform.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Sidespace immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service; to gain unauthorised access to any data or systems; to upload or transmit viruses; or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Scraping, harvesting, or data-mining the Service without express written consent is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, and software on the Service is owned by or licensed to Sidespace Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law. Operators and landlords who submit listings retain ownership of their content and grant Sidespace a non-exclusive licence to display and promote that content on the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidespace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Sidespace in the twelve months preceding the claim. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
