Outgoings are shown separately where the landlord states them.
Excluded: POA listings, and brands where Sidespace has placed indicative guide pricing rather than operator-supplied rates. Normalised rates outside $100 to $3,000 per m² are treated as data artefacts and dropped. Figures move as stock changes, so the as-at date is restated on every update.
