Hub Constitution Place brings Hub Australia's premium serviced offices to Canberra's most connected address. Opening 1 February 2027 at 1A Constitution Avenue, the clubhouse sits in the Constitution Place precinct alongside KPMG, NAB and the ACT Government, a short walk from Civic, the light rail and the Parliamentary Triangle.

The building was designed around sustainability rather than retrofitted for it: timber structure, rooftop solar and a fully electric fit-out, with carbon neutral certification. Inside, private offices and suites from 11 to 62 people are fully furnished and ready to move into, with all outgoings, cleaning, high speed fibre and a printing allowance included in one monthly fee. Every membership includes meeting room credits, a concierge and welcome desk, an on-site cafe and barista, a business lounge, a member kitchen, end of trip facilities and 24/7 access, plus access to 17 Hub clubhouses around Australia.

Founding members who secure an office or suite on a 12 month term from 1 February 2027 receive the first month free or 50% off the first two months, capped renewal pricing, double meeting room credits, waived onboarding fees and a cafe tab for the first quarter. Tours open from September 2026. Pricing below is per month on a 12 month term, excluding GST; 6 month terms are available at a small premium.
