CreativeCubes.Co opens its Cremorne site in November 2026 across Levels 3 and 4 of Dover House, 6 Fitzgibbon Street, a new carbon neutral office building in the middle of Melbourne's technology precinct. The two floors hold 82 private offices for teams of one to sixteen, from four square metre single rooms to 55 square metre suites with their own meeting room.
Every office is furnished and lockable, with high speed internet, video conferencing and 24/7 secure access. Members share an onsite barista, meeting rooms, breakout areas, phone booths and a rooftop garden with a barbecue and unrestricted city views. End of trip facilities include showers, lockers, bike storage and a towel service. Basement parking is available at 30 bays.
Richmond Station is a four minute walk, the Route 70 tram on Swan Street is about 200 metres away and the Route 246 bus runs along Punt Road. Swan Street's cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are on the doorstep, with Code Black Coffee, Cochin Wine Bar, Frederic and Ms Frankie all within walking distance.
Membership includes access to the wider Cubes.Co network across Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Monthly pricing is shown on every office, with 12 month terms available.
