Eclat Hawthorn East sits within 141 Camberwell Road, an office building completed in 2020 on the Route 75 tram line. Eclat opened here in 2023 with three connected spaces: Bureau, 42 private offices; Parlor, a members' lounge with a café and bar; and Galerie, a space for events.
Offices come furnished with sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs, storage and a Samsung Frame display. The licence fee covers wifi, electricity, heating and cooling, daily cleaning and security, with 24/7 access to your office and a weekly printing allowance.
Shared facilities include two 10 person boardrooms, 8 and 6 person meeting rooms, two 2 person video call rooms and a podcast studio, plus a members' gym with end of trip facilities. Concierge staff look after reception and business support, and food and drinks can be ordered to meeting rooms through the Eclat app. Bureau members can rent a bay in the secure basement car park, and bike storage is on site.
