DeskPlex offers fully furnished, lockable private offices in Hawthorn for teams of one person through to 42. Take a private office for one or two, configure a room around a growing team, or take the standalone 42 desk Executive Headquarters with its own meeting room, phone booth, kitchenette and breakout space.

Offices are private and lockable. The rest of the building is there when you want it: a fully equipped gym, a traditional sauna, a swimming pool, a golf simulator, billiards, private phone booths, meeting rooms and boardrooms, shared lounges, and a large sunny outdoor deck. Breakfast and lunch are prepared fresh onsite and available to order, and the workplace is dog friendly.

Also included are high speed fibre internet, printing and lockers, private showers, bike racks and end of trip facilities, and tea and coffee. Sixteen onsite car parks are available at additional cost.

Offices can be reconfigured as the team changes, without taking on the fit out and setup of a conventional commercial lease. Minimum term is two months.

DeskPlex is at 16-22 Church Street, Hawthorn VIC 3122, roughly 6km from the Melbourne CBD and close to Richmond, Kew and Abbotsford. The Barkers Road and Church Street tram stop is about 90 metres away and Hawthorn Station is under a kilometre.
