Central Park is a 51 level Premium grade tower on St Georges Terrace, the tallest office building in Perth since it opened in 1992.
Central Park was designed by Forbes & Fitzhardinge and built by Multiplex, completing in 1992. It rises 226 metres to the roof and 261.7 metres to the tip of its mast, and remains the tallest office tower in Western Australia.
The building offers about 66,047 square metres of net lettable area across floorplates that range from roughly 260 square metres in the podium to 1,340 square metres in the sky rise. It is jointly owned by Frasers Property and Perron Group, who completed a Woods Bagot lobby and forecourt refurbishment in 2020.
Rio Tinto is the anchor tenant and WeWork operates a coworking floor. The tower sits beside The Park, a 5,000 square metre landscaped green space at its base. Wikipedia also lists a 2024 facade and lighting upgrade, which no primary source confirmed, so it is not stated as fact.
