Designed by Denton Corker Marshall and completed in 1991, the tower rises 260 metres over a 5,400 sqm colonnaded granite foyer that runs from Collins Street through to Flinders Lane. Column-free floorplates allow up to twelve corner offices per floor, with 2.77-metre ceilings and outlooks across the Yarra, the bay and the Dandenongs.
Owned by the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, 101 Collins is home to leading names in law and finance — Allens on Level 37, Gilbert + Tobin on Level 22, JLL across Levels 32–33 and Goldman Sachs on Level 17 — with Servcorp running serviced floors at Levels 18 and 27. The building is Climate Active carbon neutral, WiredScore Platinum, and has run on 100% electricity since July 2024.
