Its distinctive bronze-tinted, faceted glass curtain wall — designed by Gerard de Preu & Partners with Perrott Lyon Mathieson — steps back in a series of angled setbacks, and the taller South Tower carries 55 office floors above a retail-arcade podium linking through to the heritage Rialto and Winfield buildings.

Owned by the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and GIC and managed by Knight Frank, the Rialto is a Premium-grade, Climate Active–registered tower.
