Building overview

The benchmark for Melbourne prestige

Collins Arch is the building everyone knows by its silhouette — two towers that lean toward each other and clasp in an eight-storey skybridge, anchoring a whole-block precinct at the west end of Collins Street.

Completed in 2020 as the centrepiece of Cbus Property's $1.25 billion precinct, Collins Arch was designed by New York's SHoP Architects with Woods Bagot. Its twin towers rise 164 metres and are joined near the top by a 14-metre, eight-level skybridge — the "arch" — over 50,288 square metres of premium office space, alongside the five-star W Melbourne hotel, luxury residences and a new public park.

The precinct was developed and is owned by Cbus Property with ISPT. Anchor tenants include the law firm MinterEllison. JustCo operates a flexible serviced-office centre in the building — enquire through Sidespace for a serviced office now, or ask our free concierge about whole-floor and fitted-suite options across the towers.
