Building overview

The working half of the Piccadilly complex

The fourteen level Piccadilly Court, the lower rise half of Stockland's Piccadilly complex, sitting over two levels of retail in Sydney's midtown.

222 Pitt Street is Piccadilly Court, a 14 storey B-grade office building owned and managed by Stockland. It is one half of the Piccadilly complex, which also contains Piccadilly Tower, an A-grade 32 storey building, and a dual level retail centre between them running through to Castlereagh Street.

The distinction matters when you are comparing quotes: Piccadilly Tower and Piccadilly Court share an address block and a retail floor but are different buildings at different grades and different rents.

Midtown is the stretch of Pitt Street between Market and Park, which puts the building inside the retail core rather than the financial one. Town Hall Station, the Pitt Street Mall and the George Street light rail are all a few minutes on foot. WOTSO runs the flexible workspace we list here on level 1.
