Building overview

Twenty-two levels above the Tiffany flagship

Twenty-two A-grade levels over one of the best retail frontages in the country — the Tiffany flagship sits at the base, a short walk from Martin Place and Pitt Street Mall.

A substantial upgrade completed in 2010 took the building to a 5.5-star NABERS Energy rating, among the stronger performances in the Sydney CBD, alongside 4.5 stars for Water and a 4-star Green Star rating. Floors run to about 1,050 square metres, and there is basement parking for 52 cars.

A retail redevelopment finished in 2019 brought Tiffany & Co., Kennedys and Hublot to the ground plane, which is how the building came to be known locally as the Tiffany building. Tenants get a lobby cafe and art gallery, concierge and dry cleaning, a Fitness First with an infrared sauna and access to a squash court. JustCo runs serviced floors from Level 14 to Level 17 for tenants who want to move in without a fitout.
