Building overview

The tallest of the three on the harbour

Forty-nine levels and 217 metres on the harbour edge, the tallest of the three International Towers and the tallest office building in Barangaroo South.

Tower One is the tallest of the three International Towers at Barangaroo South, at 217 metres over 49 floors. All three were designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and Tower One completed in mid 2016. The towers are owned 50/50 by Lendlease and CPP Investments.

Barangaroo South was built as a whole precinct rather than a set of separate sites, so the ground plane, the harbour promenade and the retail all arrived at once. That is the practical difference from a CBD tower: the amenity is outside the building as well as inside it.

The address puts tenants on the western harbour edge, a walk from Wynyard through the Wynyard Walk tunnel and now from Barangaroo Metro. Servcorp runs the serviced floors we list here, high in the tower with harbour and city outlook.
