Salesforce Tower was designed by Foster + Partners with Architectus, developed by Lendlease, and opened in November 2022 after topping out that February. At 263 metres over 55 levels it is the tallest office tower in Sydney.
It anchors Sydney Place at Circular Quay, holds a 6 Star Green Star Design rating, and offers about 55,500 square metres of net lettable area on floorplates of up to 1,098 square metres, combinable to 1,586.
Salesforce occupies thirteen floors and gives the building its name; JLL and Preqin are also tenants. Two sources give different NABERS Energy ratings, 5.0 and 5.5, so neither is stated here.
