333 George Street was designed by Grimshaw with Crone as executive architect and built by Watpac for Charter Hall, completing in 2016. It rises 71 metres over 18 levels and offers 14,508 square metres of lettable area, with retail across the basement, ground and first floors.

The building is known for five levels of cascading landscaped terraces at the top of a fully glazed facade. It holds a 5.5 star NABERS Energy rating and a 6 Star Green Star Performance rating.

Charter Hall sold the building to German fund manager Deka Immobilien in October 2024. WeWork operates coworking space across several floors, and tenants have included Clyde & Co, Airlie Funds Management and Grimshaw itself.
